Strengthen, Stretch & Balance Exercises
The Lake City Public Library will be offering free exercise classes
- Every Mon, Wed & Fri mornings at 10:30.
We will be following DVDs designed especially for Senior Citizens but are beneficial for anyone starting an exercise program.
The exercises are easy to follow and most are done while sitting in a chair. They are designed to help strengthen and to help with balance and flexibility.
Every week we will have healthy treats for you to try. There will be healthy recipes you can take home and other information aimed at helping you live a healthy lifestyle.
So come join us. You'll be glad you did!
