Join Friends of the Library

Friends of the Library is a nonprofit advocacy organization which supports the Library. Our volunteer members advocate, educate, and raise funds on behalf of the Library, its patrons, and the community.

Some of the activities the Friends have organized:

  • Thursday morning coffees.
  • Two Christmas activities for children.
  • Purchased supplies for crewel embroidery and origami youth programs.
  • Purchased supplies for the Children's Summer Reading Programs.
  • Purchased supplies for the "Christmas in July" adult craft program.
  • "Lunch at the Library" during Nation Library Week in April.
